Hola! This month is National Physical Fitness and Sports month. I was invited to guest post for Latina Bloggers Connect on this cool subject. I am very passionate about educating and inspiring other Mothers/Women about Health, Fitness and their goals. On a personal note this month two years ago I chose to document my transformation, so this is a special moment for me.
I would like to use this opportunity to get you excited about your Health and Fitness goals. It is possible to achieve what you envision.
Are you a working or full time mother, blogger or a student on a budget? Are you too busy or can’t afford a gym membership?
Jump roping is a great way to maximize your workouts and the beauty is that you can do it almost anywhere, by yourself, with friends and or with your children. It is a low impact exercise when done properly. It is for all ages, all levels, all shapes and sizes!
Here are the benefits of jump roping - 10 minutes of consistent jump rope is equivalent to:
30 minutes of jogging
2 sets of tennis singles
30 minutes of racquet and handball playing
720 yards of swimming
18 holes of golf
…..and it is a total body workout too.
Here are the Basic Techniques you must learn to jump rope effectively.
