The training of children and young part 4

And below are some incredible time the boys have recently made references :
Connor
Angie : 13'09
Fran: 3'22
Jackie : 6'30
30 Muscle- ups : 3'45
David
Angie : 14'11
Barbara : 23'47
Helen : 7'42
Karen: 5'32
I look back on the first month of training Connor and David and I am proud to have decided to return to the starting point . It is clear that working with low loads over a long period of time, a luxury we have with children , paid . Days of force or other wods , the importance of movement rather than numbers and lap times helped them become stronger athletes who move without damage and are technically sound . My experience with Connor and David is an ongoing project that has produced results beyond what I imagined . I am proud of their hard work and their success, and I am grateful for the lessons I received in the resulting . I am pleased to say that we have never had injuries by lifting loads in our room.
Cause children and adolescents comes with a great responsibility . This is not just a lighter version of the training for adults. There are many issues that require careful consideration . These children are placed in our care , they are our own children or members of our room. It is a role that we really take seriously. Currently , any child or adolescent ( and adult for that matter) come to my room to begin the same way: the correct one. Form before expenses and lap , the movement before the ego. I think this foundation in the basics and focus on this form will take us over the long term gains and long term that make productive and healthy progress.
