Drink Lots of Water:-
Drink at least 3.7 Litres of water every day. Nearby 60% of body is is made up of water. Percentage of water in brain is almost 70%, lungs 90% and our blood is almost 83%. Drinking water helps to regulate our body temperature. It transports waste in our bodies and also very helpful during food digestion. Water also helps in absorption of different minerals, nutrients, supplements by dissolving them.
Stretch daily:-
Daily stretching will make you body flexible and loose. The most important use of stretching is it will avoid injuries.
Workout and exercise:-
Weight Training will make your muscles and bones strong. Weight training also balances weight of the body. Those who want to reduce weight combination of weight training and cardiovascular exercise is must for them. Workout also has mental benefits also. Endorphins is the hormone in the brain which is associated with a happy and positive feeling. Low level of endorphins is associated with depression. Due to workout plasma level of this endorphins increases.
Nutrition (Most Important of all)
Nutrition is the most important factor if you want to move from fitness to wellness. Those who don't eat right they damage their body tremendously. Some tip for right kind of diet
- Eat any fruit first thing in the morning
- Eat every 2.5 hrs combination of protein and carbohydrates
- Eat three meals before 12:00

Listen to your body
Body needs rest for many internal systems to work in sync. So listen to your body. Sleep will make you healthy, active, fit and fresh. Sleep plays important role in functioning of immune system, memory, learning, metabolism and other vital functions. Growth hormone do their work when we are sleeping. So at least 8hrs of sleep is necessary in a day.
Get regular checkups
It is necessary to check up your body regularly after you crossed 35 years of age. By doing regular check up doctor may diagnose something which your not seeing or something which you don't notice yet.
